The iPad also acts as its own WiFi hotspot which is ideal for users who are becoming increasingly mobile. It can handle an 802.11a/b/g/n connection in addition to Bluetooth 4.0.

The battery life is acceptable considering the new performance features and lasts for approximately 42 hours which is almost twice as long as the iPad 2. This is to provide a boost to the LTE connection and the new A5X processor. The video has also been improved to 1080p from 720 in previous iPad models.

The new iPad is priced just similar to the older iPads but you may find a good deal if Amazon decides to include the iPad in their Black Friday deals. At least it is worth a few minutes of your time to continually check the deal alerts on Amazon during the month of November.
